The Usual might sound dismissive- negative even as title! I don't see it that way. Sometimes, there's nothing better than walking into your favourite restaurant, ordering your favourite drink, sitting down at your favourite table, smiling at the waitress who knows your name, and saying "The Usual, please." You savour EVERY. DAMN. BITE... don't you?
<p>This particular concoction pairs equally well with a late night drink, or with your bacon and eggs first thing in the morning.
